Terms of Service

WELLNESSINDUSTRY.IO (the “Platform”) is operated by Hololife Summit OÜ, registered in Estonia. These Terms govern your use of the Platform to discover events, buy tickets, register as an attendee, or apply as an exhibitor, speaker, or partner. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to purchase tickets or submit applications.

Ticket prices are shown at checkout and, where applicable, include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email. Tickets are personal to the named attendee and may be subject to the organiser’s admission rules.

Refund and transfer rights depend on the individual event and its organiser, and are shown at the point of sale where applicable. If an event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, the organiser is responsible for any refund. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply, are not affected.

Applications to exhibit, speak, sponsor, or otherwise participate are subject to review and acceptance. Accepted participants must comply with the applicable participation terms and provide accurate information. You retain rights to content you submit (logos, photos, biographies) and grant us and the relevant organiser a licence to use it to promote and run the event.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorisation, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harass others. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the Platform only as permitted by these Terms. Photographs and recordings may be taken at events; how we handle such images is described in the Privacy Policy.

Hololife Summit OÜ operates the WELLNESSINDUSTRY.IO Platform. Some events are organised by third-party organisers who use the Platform. Hololife Summit OÜ’s responsibility is limited to the operation of the WELLNESSINDUSTRY.IO Platform itself, and it is not responsible for the acts or omissions of event organisers towards their clients, ticket holders, or exhibitors — including the running, cancellation, or changes of an event, or any goods or services an organiser provides. Your contract for an event is with its organiser.

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Hololife Summit OÜ is not liable for the conduct of event organisers or third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
